Terms of Use
General-purpose draft. These are standard terms, not counsel-reviewed and not tailored to any jurisdiction. Have a lawyer review them before launch, and fill in the bracketed values. Nothing here should be relied on as a contract in its current state.
These terms govern your use of the Vantelle Modeling + Casting website and the casting application on it. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may browse the site and submit a casting application for your own genuine purposes. You agree not to:
- submit an application on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and permission;
- upload files you do not have the right to share, or that infringe anyone's rights;
- upload anything unlawful, or any content depicting a minor in a sexualised way;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its storage, or its underlying systems;
- use the upload facility for anything other than a genuine casting application, including as general file storage;
- use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site.
We may decline, remove, or delete any application at our discretion, and may restrict access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.
Your submission
By submitting an application you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and about you;
- the photographs and video are of you, are recent, and are yours to share;
- you have the rights necessary to grant the permission described below.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant Vantelle permission to store, view, and internally share your application and media for the purpose of evaluating you for representation and casting. That permission does not extend to publishing, advertising, or commercial use — for anything of that kind we will ask you separately. You may withdraw your application at any time by emailing us.
No fee, and no payment requests
There is no fee to submit an application. Vantelle does not request payment, banking details, or identification documents through this site, and will never do so as a condition of being considered. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, it did not come from us — please report it to hello@vantellemodeling.com.
No guarantee of representation
Submitting an application does not create an agency relationship, an offer, or any obligation on either side. We review every complete submission but cannot guarantee a response, an interview, representation, or any booking. Any engagement between you and Vantelle would be governed by a separate written agreement.
Our content
The Vantelle name, logo, monogram, site design, text, and photography on this site are owned by Vantelle or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Photographs of talent appearing on this site are used with permission and may not be downloaded or reused.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date below reflects the current version.
Governing law
